- What happens if I am unable to pick up my order on Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm?

Unfortunately, for the time being, given our small scale and limited staff, if an order is not picked up on the selected Saturday, resellable items may be refunded, but perishable items will be charged and donated to a local food bank.


- Will I be able to add things to my order upon pickup at the market?

Sadly, we won't have any cash on location, and all items in stock will be called for. As we are starting small, we are operating this little online market as lean as possible in order to reduce potential waste.


- When is the cutoff date for my order?

For the order to be ready for pickup on that week's Saturday, orders must be entered by 4 pm on that week's Friday evening.  


- An item I love isn't available on the online market, what do I do??
